Does it cost more to book with a travel agent?

No! I can always get you the same rates you see advertised online and sometimes even get you a better deal! I have hundreds of travel partners who I am able to get great pricing with and many of those partnerships also can come with perks such as early check in, late check out, resort credits, and more.
